BMP360 includes an integrated AI assistant designed to help you navigate the system, answer operational questions, retrieve data summaries, and guide you through common workflows — all in plain language.
Accessing the AI Assistant
- Look for the AI Assistant icon or chat button in the navigation bar or sidebar of the admin panel.
- Click to open the chat interface.
- Type your question or request in plain language and press Enter or click Send.
- The assistant will respond with guidance, summaries, or step-by-step instructions.
The AI assistant understands context — if you're working in the Invoicing module, it knows you're asking about invoices and adapts its response accordingly.
Workflow Automation Capabilities
Beyond answering questions, the BMP360 AI assistant supports workflow automation across common tasks:
- Ask for step-by-step guidance on any process within BMP360.
- Request a summary of any module's current state (e.g., "How many invoices are overdue this month?").
- Get explanations of system behaviours such as FIFO, snapshot accounting, or permission levels.
- Use the assistant to troubleshoot common issues before contacting the support team.
The AI assistant operates within the permissions of your user role. It can only access and display data that you are authorised to view.
