General Questions

BMP360 (Business Management Platform 360) is an all-in-one, web-based enterprise management system developed by MoreTech 360. It covers CRM, invoicing, inventory, HR, purchase orders, supplier management, website management, project management, and AI automation — all in a single unified platform.
No. BMP360 runs entirely in your web browser — there is no software to download or install. Access it from any authorised device with a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari) and an internet connection.
Yes. BMP360 is built with a security-first architecture including encrypted sessions, role-based access controls, CSRF protection, and a full audit trail. Financial records are sealed at creation and cannot be retroactively altered.
Yes. BMP360 is a multi-user platform. Multiple administrators, employees, and customers can be active simultaneously. Each user session is independently authenticated and isolated.

Account & Access

Go to the login page of your portal (Admin, Employee, or Customer), click Forgot Password, enter your registered email, and follow the instructions in the reset email. Check your spam folder if the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
Module visibility is controlled by your user role and assigned permissions. If you believe you should have access to a module that isn't visible, contact your system administrator to review your role configuration.
Yes. Your administrator can assign a role that includes multiple modules. Permissions can be configured at both the module level and the individual action level (e.g., can view but not delete).
All data is fully preserved when a user is deactivated. Deactivation only removes the ability to log in — all records, history, and associated documents remain intact and accessible to administrators.

Invoicing & Finance

No. Invoices in BMP360 are sealed at finalisation to ensure financial integrity and audit compliance. If an error is found, cancel the incorrect invoice and create a new corrected one.
Yes. BMP360 supports multi-currency invoicing. The currency and exchange rate are captured as a snapshot at the moment the invoice is finalised. USD is used as the pivot currency for cross-currency reporting.
A Proforma Invoice is a preliminary invoice sent to a customer before a sale is confirmed. It outlines expected costs without creating a legal financial obligation. Proformas are excluded from P&L reports until they are converted to official paid invoices.
Ensure the payment was fully saved — look for a success confirmation. If the payment appears in the transaction log but the balance seems wrong, refresh the page. If the issue persists, contact support.

Inventory & Products

BMP360 uses a batch-first inventory model. Stock can only enter the system through recorded goods receipts against a Purchase Order. This ensures complete traceability and prevents untracked stock entries.
FIFO stands for First-In, First-Out. When stock is consumed (e.g., when an invoice is created), the oldest batch is used first. This ensures accurate Cost of Goods Sold calculations and prevents old stock from sitting unused indefinitely.
Yes. The website visibility toggle is independent of the product's status in the system. A product can be published to your public website while still being managed in the admin panel without any impact.

Customer Portal

Customer portal access is managed by the system administrator. When a customer account is created in BMP360, login credentials can be configured and shared with the customer.
No. The Customer Portal is read-only for financial documents. Customers can view, download, and review their invoices and proformas, but cannot edit them. To dispute an invoice, they should submit a support ticket.
The customer should contact the business team directly or submit a support ticket through the Customer Portal. The business administrator will review and cancel/reissue as appropriate.

HR & Employees

No. The Employee Portal provides complete data isolation. Each employee can only see their own tasks, leave records, messages, and personal information.
All data is preserved. Deactivating an employee account removes their ability to log into the portal, but all their task history, leave records, messages, and other data remain fully accessible to HR administrators.
Yes. A single task can be assigned to one or multiple employees simultaneously. Each assignee will see the task in their Employee Portal and can accept, reject, or update progress independently.
